About the role
As a Sr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand for Happening' services by developing proactive and tailored marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and contribute to Happening's growth. An ideal candidate must be dynamic, have a strong commercial mindset, be driven to meet targets/goals, and comfortably develop new relations to establish new business opportunities.

- Create experiments to test messaging, targeting, engagement, and other levers to increase conversion rates across the funnel, using data to back every decision.

- Partner with Sales leads to identify and implement process improvements
- Track and report on all activities, using data to continually optimize campaign performance

- Coordinate, and follow up with prospects
- Meticulously track your interactions with clients, document them, and present them to the business team.
You must have
- A Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in demand generation, email marketing, and lead generation. Work experience in consulting or studio environment is advantageous.
- Data-focused by nature, you'll be analytical and will show that you've had a keen focus on metrics, measurement, and optimization.
- Experience working with marketing technologies and automation tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
