About the role
As a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work to identify, source, and recruit talented, creative resources. You will also work to establish a hiring pipeline, process, and metrics for successful hires. You will work directly with leaders across the company to build world-class teams that are diverse and inclusive.

You must have
- A Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Past experience working in service or studio or consulting environment
- Ability to strategize and execute hiring plans
- Ability to understand Hiring needs, and requirements, and draft JDs
- Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent across
- Strong track record of finding passive candidates to fill open roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to easily reach out to candidates
